HI ! 來分享如何申請婚姻綠卡的流程

自從去年跟W在美國登記結婚後就在考慮要不要請律師協助辦綠卡( 律師費要3000美金耶 )! 經過深思熟慮加我爬了許多文章做功課後的結果是~ 

婚姻綠卡申請通通自己來!  (適用於" 你/妳"與美國公民在美國結婚雙方都在美國境內)

在此非常感謝這位網友提供的綠卡申請流程 (  非常詳細喔! )  Alien no more!

在美國境內調整身分所需要的表格有 I-130 (必需的)、I-485 (必需的)、I-765 (非必需)、I-131 (非必需) ，但是後面兩者一起申請的話是不需另外付費喔!! (不申請白不申請~哈哈哈!! )

 因為每年的申請條件或多或少有變化，在這我補充 Form I-485 申請身分調整的部分 (我的細項如下⬇⬇⬇)

1. 申請表格 I-485 身分調整 Form I-485: Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

2. 開一張要給 US Department of Homeland Security 的支票 Personal check in the amount of US$1,070 點我Filing Fee

3. 非公民出生證影本一份 A copy of my birth certificate

4. 非公民護照影本 (護照每張都印含有蓋印章部分) A copy of my passport ID page

5. 非公民簽證影本一份 A copy of my F-1 visa

6. 非公民的 I-94 出入境紀錄 ( 點我上網申請 ) A copy of my electronic I-94 record

7. 非公民的良明證 一份 (這部份請家人幫忙在台灣申請) A copy of my police clearances

8. 非公民大頭照兩張 (需美國規格 5*5 cm , 後面用黑筆寫全名 ) Two passport photos of myself

9. 密封的表格I-693 (去有配合USCIS的醫院做檢查 點我綠卡體檢) Form I-693: Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status (sealed)

10. 非公民的表格G-325A 一份 ( 點我G-325A ) Form G-325A: Biographic information of myself

11. 美國公民為贊助人( 點我I-864 ) Form I-864: Affidavit of Support with my husband as the sponsor

   ✔過去6個月薪資單 Pay stubs from the previous 6 months

   ✔過去一年或三年的美國報稅資料 Tax return from the 3 most recent tax years

12. 申請綠卡資格證明 Evidence of eligibility based on my husband’s U.S. citizenship

   ✔結婚證明影本一份 A copy of our marriage certificate

   ✔美國公民出生證明和護照影本各一份 A copy of my husband’s birth certificate and U.S. passport

這部分屬於 I-485 的準備資料, 希望有幫助到跟我一樣的朋友喔!  

哈哈!! 要提醒大家所有的表格(I-130 , I-485, I-765, I-131 ) 和證明的資料都要準備齊全才可以寄去USCIS 喔!!!
